VNA Care is hiring an RN
Clinical Manager
for our Concord/Acton office. Hybrid schedule, required to be on site, in Concord 3 days a week. The
Clinical Manager s will report to the Clinical Director and be responsible for a team of RNs, PTs, OTs, LPNs and administrative support personnel.
CM
must have the ability to challenge and motivate a committed team and ensure the continued exceptional care given to our clients. Primary areas of responsibility include communicating, planning, monitoring, coordinating, initiating and supervising the day-to-day operations.
Experience: Home care experience. 3 years clinical experience 1 year of leadership experience. Comprehensive knowledge of Medicare Home Health Conditions of Participation Possess required knowledge, skills and abilities; proven oral and written communication skills; ability to select, motivate and retain employees, ability to effectively manage and direct others; ability to promote and participate in team efforts Education: Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, from an accredited program. Active Professional License to practice in Massachusetts BLS certification preferred OASIS certification is preferred
