VNA Care is seeking a PT for our Acton/Concord team. Position Summary: Provides therapeutic care to patients and families that focuses on restoring, promoting or maintaining function and minimizing the effects of illness or disability. Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8am-4:30pm Visits available in and around: Acton, Concord, Carlise Training:
We offer an extensive Home Health orientation program. Work with a preceptor, in the field, for 6-8 weeks and have the support of an Educator while learning Case Management, Oasis E documenting, Time Management and EMR system; Home Care Home Base. VNA Care believes in an ongoing supportive work environment. Requirements: Compassionate, enjoy working with patients and their families, organized and ability to multi-task. Good standing MA PT License Minimum of 1 year PT experience Willingness to travel within a territory Company Benefits start on day 1,
including medical, dental, vision, and supplemental benefits. Enjoy three weeks of paid time off, six paid holidays, six floating holidays to use whenever you want. Competitive compensation paid bi-weekly with reimbursement for mileage. Benefits are available for schedules of 20 hours or more, per week. Visit
