As our Auto Body Shop Advisor, you'll be the critical link between our customers and repair team, ensuring a smooth and efficient repair process. Your expertise in damage assessment and customer service will help us deliver outstanding results and maintain high customer satisfaction. Requirements: MA Damage Appraiser License : Valid and up-to-date Experience : 3 to 5 years in a similar role within an auto body or collision repair setting Knowledge : Strong understanding of damage appraising, repair processes, and insurance protocols Skills : Excellent communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills Responsibilities: Accurately assess and appraise vehicle damage Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing clear and consistent updates Work with insurance adjusters to ensure approvals and smooth processing Why Join Us?
