Aerospace Component Quality Auditor

who is passionate about precision and committed to elevating quality standards. What You Will Do:

Thoroughly inspect components at various production stages to confirm alignment with engineering drawings and standards. Employ advanced tools such as micrometers and dial indicators for accurate assessments. Document AS9102 compliant

First Article Inspections (FAI) . Identify and log defects, shape irregularities, or dimensional discrepancies. Interact closely with cross-functional teams to resolve any variances and upgrade production quality consistency. What We Expect of You:

Experience: 2-5 years devoted to quality assurance in manufacturing, specifically aerospace or precision machining sectors. Skilled in measuring down to ±.0005” and comprehending complex blueprints, GD&T. Proficient with measurement tools and basic computer applications. Document and manage AS9102 First Article Inspection Reports independently. Keen observation skills and the ability to tackle problems, working independently when needed. Preparedness for mandatory background checks and drug screenings. Preferred Background:

A history in aerospace industries. Knowledge of special process visual inspection, including heat treating techniques. Familiarization with ISO/AS quality frameworks. Proficiency in utilizing CMM and understanding of Keyence Visual System Machines. Why VRM?
