Full Time Responsibilities:

Develop sales plans and approaches to identify prospects and secure new business. Understand prospective clients' business objectives and align them with our deliverables. Call on high-level decision makers with confidence. Manage full lifecycle of accounts and sales plans from proposal to closing. Act as the primary interface between the company and customers regarding account performance, delivery, billing, and contracts. Work effectively in fast-paced, competitive environments. Exhibit self-motivation and a sense of urgency in sales activities. Communicate effectively, negotiate, and close deals. Collaborate with recruiting to identify suitable candidates for target accounts. Qualifications:

Proven outside sales experience in staffing or IT consulting. Experience in developing sales strategies, cold calling, closing, and pricing proposals. Benefits:
