ServiceNow Developer

The client is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform. The role involves maintaining and improving modules such as ITSM, ITFM, HRSD, ITOM, PPM, and SPM, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, and translating them into technical solutions. Responsibilities include working with stakeholders to build workflows, documenting business requirements, configuring reports, managing data integrations, designing forms, tables, workflows, and scripting components, and ensuring adherence to best practices and governance policies. The candidate will also mentor junior developers and stay updated on industry trends. Qualifications required are a Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or equivalent experience, with a ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification highly desired. A minimum of 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, familiarity with Agile/Scrum, and in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and scripting are essential.
