We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated CPA to oversee our accounting functions and help guide the financial health of the practice.

Position Summary The CPA will be responsible for managing all accounting, tax, and financial reporting functions for the medical practice. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills, healthcare finance experience (preferred), and a proactive mindset. The ideal candidate thrives in a small business environment and can work both independently and collaboratively with clinical and administrative staff.

payable/receivable,

bank reconciliations, and payroll processing Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports Develop and monitor budgets and financial forecasts Conduct cost analysis and identify areas for financial efficiency Manage tax planning, preparation, and filing (corporate and practice-related taxes) Ensure compliance with state and federal financial regulations, including healthcare-related financial compliance Work with external vendors such as tax advisors, legal counsel, and payroll service providers Provide strategic financial advice to practice leadership for planning and growth Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper internal controls are in place Requirements:

CPA license (required and in good standing) Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience; experience in a medical or healthcare setting strongly preferred Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Bills.com) and Microsoft Office Suite Strong understanding of GAAP and tax regulations Experience with payroll systems and healthcare billing practices a plus Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills High level of discretion and confidentiality
