Job Summary:

1. Phone Support

Answer, screen, forward all incoming calls. Take messages. Assist Biltmore clients by answering questions regarding general questions and concerns, and any billing questions. Provide support to Personal Lines and Commercial Lines Account Managers as needed. 2. Office duties

Receive visitors at the front desk by greeting them immediately. Receive, sort, and distribute mail/deliveries. Scan mail to account managers, producers, etc. if needed. Filing, photocopying, and faxing as needed. Scan documents as requested. Take Client Payments. Provide Copies of Documents to Clients. Mailing Documents & Policies Keep paper towels, toilet paper, Kleenex, etc. stocked (including putting away supplies) 3. Miscellaneous

Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary materials (pens, forms). Ad hoc tasks as assigned.
