Job Summary:
1. Phone Support
- Answer, screen, forward all incoming calls.
- Take messages.
- Assist Biltmore clients by answering questions regarding general questions and concerns, and any billing questions.
- Provide support to Personal Lines and Commercial Lines Account Managers as needed.
2. Office duties
- Receive visitors at the front desk by greeting them immediately.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail/deliveries. Scan mail to account managers, producers, etc. if needed.
- Filing, photocopying, and faxing as needed.
- Scan documents as requested.
- Take Client Payments.
- Provide Copies of Documents to Clients.
- Mailing Documents & Policies
- Keep paper towels, toilet paper, Kleenex, etc. stocked (including putting away supplies)
3. Miscellaneous
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary materials (pens, forms).
- Ad hoc tasks as assigned.
