Job Summary:

1. Phone Support

  • Answer, screen, forward all incoming calls.
  • Take messages.
  • Assist Biltmore clients by answering questions regarding general questions and concerns, and any billing questions.
  • Provide support to Personal Lines and Commercial Lines Account Managers as needed.

2. Office duties

  • Receive visitors at the front desk by greeting them immediately.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail/deliveries. Scan mail to account managers, producers, etc. if needed.
  • Filing, photocopying, and faxing as needed.
  • Scan documents as requested.
  • Take Client Payments.
  • Provide Copies of Documents to Clients.
  • Mailing Documents & Policies
  • Keep paper towels, toilet paper, Kleenex, etc. stocked (including putting away supplies)

3. Miscellaneous

  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary materials (pens, forms).
  • Ad hoc tasks as assigned.
