Manage high call volumes while maintaining a positive attitude and a commitment to service excellence. Assist in training new Call Center Representatives by sharing best practices and company policies. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in a related field is a plus. Proven experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with call center equipment and software is an advantage. Benefits
