Maintenance Technician - 1st Shift, Direct Placement

Milford, IN Shift:
1st Shift, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Minimal OT) Starting Pay Range : $27 - $30/hr.+ depending on experience
About the Role
We're seeking two experienced Maintenance Technicians to join our team. You'll work with a mix of older and newer equipment including mechanical, hydraulic, and robotic systems. You'll report directly toour Maintenance & Facilities Manager-a highly respected and personable leader with a strong track record.
Key Responsibilities Perform maintenance and repair of equipment including: Brake press, punch press, roll formers Hydraulic and mechanical systems Robotics, lasers, flash welding systems Plastic injection molding and metal fabrication equipment Troubleshoot and maintain both legacy and modern machinery Maintain safety and operational efficiency of plant systems Qualifications
2-3 years of relevant maintenance experience (industrial/manufacturing environment) Degree or Journeyman certification preferred Experience with mechanical systems required; strong electrical skills are a plus but not required Must have a solid work history (not considering brand-new entry-level candidates) Level 7-9 tech skill level Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base pay based on experience Pay increases
at 90 days and again at 1 year Annual
