Structural Engineer

to join their team in Plymouth, Minnesota. This firm provides multi-disciplinary services-including Civil, Structural, MEP, Survey, Environmental, Architectural, and Landscape Architecture-to a broad client base, with a primary focus on

federal government contracts

and national-scale commercial development projects.

Construction Documents:

Lead the development of structural drawings, specs, and construction documents that meet applicable codes and engineering standards Project Management:

Oversee project execution, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget are maintained Cross-Disciplinary Coordination:

Collaborate with internal design disciplines and external consultants Client Interaction:

Participate in client meetings and support proposal development Technical Oversight:

Provide engineering guidance, peer review, and mentorship across project teams Business Development:

Support pursuit efforts by offering input on proposals and presenting creative, value-engineering solutions Leadership Opportunity:

Take ownership of project delivery and be poised to grow into a lead role within the structural group Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structural Licensure:

PE required in MN or ND; California PE preferred; other states are a plus Experience: Strong foundation in structural design and analysis across various project types Experience with seismic design, blast mitigation, and retrofit projects is highly desired Proven ability to lead projects independently through all phases

Software Proficiency: RISA Revit Bluebeam Microsoft Office Suite Additional structural analysis software experience is welcomed
