We are seeking a highly experienced Data Modeler with 8+ years of expertise in conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling, ETL tools, and Snowflake environments. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in designing scalable data architectures, collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into efficient data models, and supporting enterprise data management initiatives.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain data models (conceptual, logical, physical) to support business requirements and analytics initiatives.
Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions.
Implement, optimize, and maintain Snowflake databases, ensuring best practices in schema design and data management.
Develop and manage ETL pipelines using industry-standard ETL tools, supporting data integration and migration.
Evaluate existing data systems for improvement, scalability, and performance optimization.
Ensure data model documentation and compliance with governance and security standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in data modeling and ETL design for enterprise environments.
Proven expertise with Snowflake, including schema design, performance tuning, and management.
Proficiency with ETL tools (Informatica, Talend, SSIS, or similar).
Strong understanding of database design principles, normalization techniques, and data warehousing concepts.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
