SAP Procurement Functional Analyst
for our client in
White Plains, NY.

Position Overview:
This role will support functional technology area in Procurement to provide SAP ERP and SAP Ariba / Ivalua functional support for procurement (Source to Pay process) related activities and troubleshoot any issues. Address and resolve SAP functional issues related to procurement area and work on testing system changes.
Responsibilities:
Analyze and solve Procurement System and Functional Issues in SAP ERP (ECC or S / 4HANA) and Ariba / Ivalua in a timely manner. Respond to business users for procurement system related questions and issues. Implement additional functionality to SAP MM, Ariba and their testing. Collect and analyze procurement data required for various reports on procurement activity including contract and inventory related activity. Prepare various reports using SAP data including state mandated annual report of procurement contracts.
Required Skills:
Sourd knowledge and experience of working in Procurement process - Source to Contract and Procure to Pay process. Functional knowledge of SAP Materials Management (MM) module, tables, transport, transaction codes, SAP Query and Reports. Experience of working with business users to resolve their issues. Good communication skills and customer service support as well as organizational skills.
Preferred Skills:
Functional knowledge of E-Sourcing Systems such as SAP Ariba, Ivalua, Contract Management, Catalog and Risk Modules. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including but not limited to Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint, should be able to generate reports using Pivot tables, XLOOKUP etc. Additional certifications, such as SAP Certifications.
Pay Rate:
$45 - $90 / Hour
