Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and personable Front Desk Representative to join our team ASAP! As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a critical role in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere. This position requires exceptional communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle a variety of administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner. Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel or department. Maintain an organized front desk and reception area to promote a tidy workplace. Handle inquiries by providing accurate information or directing customers to the appropriate resources. Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and maintaining files. Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or related field is a plus. Proven experience as a Front Desk Representative or similar role in a customer service environment. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software applications. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. Flexible schedule with the capacity to work evenings or weekends if required. Benefits
