Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area to create a welcoming environment.
- Handle customer inquiries in-person and over the phone with courtesy and efficiency.
- Schedule appointments and manage the calendar to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications include:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using office software and equipment, including MS Office.
