Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements across Workday HCM and Oracle PeopleSoft Financials. Configure, customize, and maintain
Workday HCM Core Functional and Technical modules , ensuring alignment with business processes. Provide technical expertise in
Workday HCM integrations, reports, calculated fields, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Studio solutions . Manage
Oracle PeopleSoft Financials Core modules (AP, AR, GL)
including configuration, customizations, and support activities. Perform system upgrades, testing, and validations to ensure stability and compliance of both Workday and PeopleSoft systems. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data extracts for HR and Finance teams. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, providing end-to-end support for functional and technical problems. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between Workday HCM, PeopleSoft Financials, and other enterprise systems. Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and compliance standards across HR and Finance applications. Document system configurations, functional specifications, and technical designs for knowledge sharing and future reference. Required Skills & Experience
Strong
Workday HCM Core Technical
experience (Integrations, Reports, EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio). Solid knowledge of
Workday HCM Core Functional
areas (HCM, Benefits, Absence, Compensation, Payroll). Hands-on expertise in
Oracle PeopleSoft Financials - Core modules (AP, AR, GL) . Proficiency in analyzing business processes and translating them into system solutions. Strong understanding of testing methodologies (Unit, SIT, UAT) and change management practices. Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills. Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience in cloud migration or Workday-to-PeopleSoft integration projects. Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR, HIPAA). Exposure to reporting and analytics tools.
