Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Customer Service Representative II near Leesburg, VA. This is a long-term opportunity with competitive benefits including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
Responsibilities: Enter and verify customer orders while handling phone and email inquiries. Prepare quotes, resolve issues, and update Return Material Authorizations (RMA's). Conduct post-sales and quote follow-ups; run assigned reports. Manage accounts and build relationships within a designated territory in collaboration with the Regional Manager to drive sales growth and revenue. Work closely with the Regional Manager daily to prioritize workflow, tasks, and activities. Maintain accurate customer, account, and opportunity information in company databases. Perform customer needs analysis and recommend tailored solutions. Support ISO quality standards, company quality policies, and continuous improvement initiatives. Stay up to date on competitors and communicate differentiators effectively. Assist with onboarding and training of new employees as assigned. Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment. Perform additional duties as needed. Qualifications:
1-3 years of related experience. At least 1 year of sales experience preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor. Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal abilities. Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous customer service or technical experience is a plus.
