We are conducting a

for a full-time Medical Receptionist to support a busy specialty medical office in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This role is ideal for candidates who are organized and professional. The Medical Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for patients and play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients, visitors, and callers in a friendly and professional manner Schedule appointments, complete check-in/check-out processes, and verify insurance information Collect copays and deductibles as needed Manage patient records, authorizations, and follow-up documentation Answer and route phone calls, handle messages, and monitor voicemail daily Maintain a welcoming, efficient, and organized front office environment Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required Minimum of 2 years of medical office or front desk experience preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) required Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills Proficiency in medical terminology and EMR systems preferred MediClear Certification (or equivalent) required Compensation & Benefits:
