Target PR Range: 55-75/hr *Depending on experience

Job Description: The HR Technology team is one of the amazing teams within our Employee Experience & Services area. Our small yet mighty group wants everyone to feel as passionate about Workday as we do! We strive to make our HR processes as efficient and awesome as possible, collaborating cross-functionally and providing outstanding customer service.

As a Senior Workday Analyst, HCM & Talent, you'll be the subject matter expert for all things Workday HCM. Whether it's organizations, tenant settings, or EIBs, you'll keep everything running smoothly. You'll step in to shine on the Talent and Recruiting modules, too, supporting talent development initiatives for our talent to learn and grow. And if you have experience with Absence, even better! • Primary Focus: Workday HCM configuration • Secondary Modules: Talent (performance, learning, recruiting), Absence (as backup coverage) • Tweak and Tune: Configure and maintain Workday HCM Core, Talent, and Recruiting. Back-up for Absence module • Team Up: Work with HR Tech, HR Resources, Talent Acquisition, and other cool folks to turn their business needs into system magic. • Fix and Finesse: Troubleshoot, test, and resolve issues to keep our data clean and our customers happy. Build trust in ourselves, our team, and Workday. • Optimize and Innovate: Monitor our help desk, do root cause analysis, and review our processes to make them even better. • Stay Ahead: Keep up with Workday releases and new features and suggest the best ways to enhance our system. • Analyze and Advise: Generate and analyze reports to support HR decision-making and strategic planning.

Minimum Required Qualifications: • 5+ years overall HRIS experience (Workday specific is a plus) • 3+ years Workday specific configuration • A solid grasp of HR processes and best practices • Top-notch analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong communication skills • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgement • Proficiency in Workday reporting and data analysis • Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Preferred / Nice to Have Qualifications: • Global work environment experience is highly preferred, not required • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or related field is highly preferred but flexible
