Title: HR Technology Analyst/ Workday Analyst Location: Remote (must be a ble to work EST and PST time zone) Duration: 9 MONTH with possible extension Compensation: $63 - $65 hour Work Requirement: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the US HR Technology Analyst/ Senior Workday Analyst, HCM & Talent, Schedule Details: Standard business hours (M–F, 9–5) with occasional meetings outside these hours (approx. 1–2x monthly) Location Details: • 100% remote • Optional onsite presence in King of Prussia, PA or Boca Raton, FL if preferred Time Zone Preference: East Coast preferred due to team distribution; will consider Pacific only for outstanding candidates Job Description: The HR Technology team is one of the amazing teams within our Employee Experience & Services area. As a Senior Workday Analyst, HCM & Talent, you'll be the subject matter expert for all things Workday HCM. Whether it's organizations, tenant settings, or EIBs, you'll keep everything running smoothly. You'll step in to shine on the Talent and Recruiting modules, too, supporting talent development initiatives for our talent to learn and grow. And if you have experience with Absence, even better! • Primary Focus: Workday HCM configuration • Secondary Modules: Talent (performance, learning, recruiting), Absence (as backup coverage) • Tweak and Tune: Configure and maintain Workday HCM Core, Talent, and Recruiting. Back-up for Absence module • Team Up: Work with HR Tech, HR Resources, Talent Acquisition, and other cool folks to turn their business needs into system magic. • Fix and Finesse: Troubleshoot, test, and resolve issues to keep our data clean and our customers happy. Build trust in ourselves, our team, and Workday. • Optimize and Innovate: Monitor our help desk, do root cause analysis, and review our processes to make them even better. • Stay Ahead: Keep up with Workday releases and new features and suggest the best ways to enhance our system. • Analyze and Advise: Generate and analyze reports to support HR decision-making and strategic planning. Minimum Required Qualifications: • 5+ years overall HRIS experience (Workday specific is a plus) • 3+ years Workday specific configuration • A solid grasp of HR processes and best practices • Top-notch analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong communication skills • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgement • Proficiency in Workday reporting and data analysis • Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Preferred / Nice to Have Qualifications: • Global work environment experience is highly preferred, not required • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or related field is highly preferred but flexible Reason for the Role: • The team lost a senior Workday analyst due to resignation. • The team has experienced multiple departures recently due to employees moving on to other opportunities. • There is a gap in strong technical expertise in Workday HCM, which this role is intended to fill. • Additional support is needed in the Absence module as a backup; in case the current contingent worker becomes unavailable. • The goal is to allow managers to focus more on strategy rather than configuration work. Ideal Candidate Profile: • Technical Strength: Strong Workday HCM configuration experience is essential. • Bonus Skills: Experience in Absence module is highly desirable for backup coverage. • Work Style: Able to work independently in a remote environment; proactive and reliable. • Soft Skills: Collaborative, easy to work with, and adaptable to a global team structure. • Time Zone: East Coast preferred for coverage balance, but flexible if the candidate is strong. • Team Fit: Someone who can integrate well with a small, distributed team and contribute positively to a supportive culture.
