12 weeks Nursing Shift:
12-hour night shifts (7p - 7a), 6 shifts per bi-weekly pay period (0.90 FTE), rotating holidays and every 3rd weekend Guaranteed Hours:
36 hours per week Estimated Weekly Salary:
$1780 - $1910 Specialties:
Med-Surg Pediatrics, Med-Surg Adult, Med-Surg Orthopedics Registered Nurse Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin or compact state Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg nursing experience Preferred experience in Orthopedics, Cardiac, telemetry, and Epic EMR Current BLS certification Ability to work rotating holidays and every 3rd weekend Strong communication and teamwork skills Med/Surg Nurse Responsibilities
Deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to pediatric, adult, and orthopedic patients in a Med/Surg clinical setting Monitor and assess patient conditions, administer medications, and perform treatments as ordered Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans Document patient care accurately using Epic EMR Educate patients and families on care plans and health management Support a safe and positive environment for patients and staff
