Vice President of Construction - Data Centers
Houston, TX $200,000 - $300,000 base salary + performance-based bonus
Responsibilities Lead all aspects of data center construction projects, from preconstruction through closeout. Manage multiple project teams to ensure safety, schedule, budget, and quality goals are achieved. Oversee project financials, including forecasting, cost controls, and overall P&L accountability. Build and maintain client relationships to secure repeat business. Partner with senior leadership to set strategy and expand our data center market presence. Leverage existing industry contacts to support business development and growth initiatives. Mentor and develop project leaders while promoting best practices across the organization. Qualifications
10+ years of construction leadership experience, with significant time spent on mission-critical/data center projects. Demonstrated success managing complex projects with direct P&L responsibility. Strong network of contacts among owners, developers, contractors, and consultants in the data center space. Skilled in contracts, risk management, and project controls. Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field required; advanced degree preferred. What Is Offered
