Role Summary: The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to 2 Executive Directors within Global Centers Management, a department responsible for developing the firm's workforce strategy and executing key operational priorities. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and supporting high-level executives across multiple global regions.

Key Responsibilities: Provide executive-level support to 2 Executive Directors; offer backup coverage for other Managing Directors as needed Coordinate heavy calendars, meetings, agendas, and conferences; proactively resolve conflicts Organize departmental and executive events, book conference rooms, manage catering, and A/V requirements Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, visas, and currency exchange Manage pre-approvals, expense reports, vendor information, payments, and invoice processing Handle confidential documents, correspondence, and sensitive information Serve as liaison with internal departments (technology, facilities, etc.) for executive support needs Provide miscellaneous administrative support: print/collate documents, distribute mail, take meeting minutes, coordinate visitors, manage ad hoc projects Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum 10+ years supporting senior executives, preferably in financial services or related corporate environment Experience in a global organization with cross-regional collaboration (Americas, EMEA, Asia) Highly service-oriented, proactive, flexible, and responsive Strong organizational, project management, and multi-tasking skills Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Expertise in calendar management, domestic/international travel coordination Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Skills & Characteristics:

Autonomy, accountability, and high responsiveness in fast-paced environments Ability to handle high-pressure situations with discretion Strong work ethic and willingness to adapt schedule for business needs Detail-oriented with aptitude for project management and prioritization
