Summary: We're hiring an experienced HVAC Technician to install, inspect, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems in commercial settings. Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday–Friday
Overtime and rotating on-call availability (7-day rotations)
Key Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems, including boilers, chillers, fans, pumps, valves, thermostats, and motors
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance
Diagnose and fix mechanical and electrical issues
Work with copper tubing and piping, including cutting, threading, testing, and insulating
Use hand tools, power tools, and test equipment safely
Ensure compliance with safety practices and building codes
Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and work orders
Provide excellent customer service and complete billing paperwork
Support emergency repairs while on-call
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications: 5+ years of commercial HVAC, plumbing, or refrigeration experience
HVAC and brazing license required
Journeyman HVAC license preferred
Universal Refrigerant License required
Hydronic or plumbing licenses a plus
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Able to be on a rotating on-call schedule
Must be able to access and work on active construction sites
Preferred: Basic knowledge of direct digital controls (DDC) and network systems (TCP/IP, RS-485)
Work Environment: Work may be done in an office or on job sites
Fieldwork includes exposure to outdoor weather, heights, mechanical parts, and loud noise
Must be physically present at job sites as needed
Flexibility with hours may be required
Physical Requirements: Standing and walking for extended periods
Lifting up to 50 lbs or more
Bending, kneeling, crouching, and reaching regularly
Occasional desk/computer work
Must be able to navigate all areas of job sites
