Our client, a leading player in the consumer goods industry, is seeking a Customer Service Account Specialist to join their team. As a Customer Service Account Specialist, you will be part of the Supply Chain department supporting customer satisfaction and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a keen attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:

$30.00 per hour

Shift:

Days (08:00-17:00)

What's the Job?

Act as the customer advocate within the supply chain, ensuring timely execution of customer orders.

Monitor the status of all open orders to provide updates and resolve logistics issues.

Enter transactions for all orders in the Henkel ERP system, ensuring accuracy from receipt to invoicing.

Communicate effectively with internal planners and transportation partners to facilitate order fulfillment.

Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improving service delivery.
