We're looking for a dynamic
Talent Development Contractor
to support learning programs across North America. In this role, you'll help design, deliver, and improve leadership development, onboarding, and functional training while fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. Compensation
Base pay range: $30.00/hr - $35.00/hr. This range is provided by STAND 8 Technology Consulting. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience talk with your recruiter to learn more. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered. Responsibilities
Design and deliver training programs that align with business goals and competencies. Create engaging learning content using tools like Articulate, Canva, and PowerPoint. Manage onboarding logistics, learning systems, and track participant engagement. Support LMS administration, troubleshoot issues, and compile learning analytics. Coordinate 360 feedback processes and act as the main point of contact for learners and facilitators. Collaborate on instructional design, digital content, and team projects. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 7-10 years in learning & development, curriculum design, and program management. Skilled in LMS platforms (SuccessFactors preferred), Adobe Suite, and content creation tools. Strong communicator with a passion for collaboration, innovation, and detail. Data-literate with strong organizational and project management skills. Preferred
Certified in DiSC, EQ-i, or Gallup. Experience with job frameworks, HR generalist work, or competency models. German language skills a plus. Benefits
