Client Solutions Advisor (Account Manager)

at Impactable B2B LinkedIn Agency. Location: San Antonio, TX. This is a hybrid role (work-from-home/in-office) with onsite presence required 3 days per week. This isnt your standard Account Manager role were looking for someone who lives and breathes marketing strategy and client success. Youll be the trusted advisor and go-to partner for our high-growth, high-potential accounts, ensuring that client goals translate into powerful marketing plans with measurable results. Responsibilities Be the face of our agency to top-tier clients, building trust and delivering exceptional marketing outcomes. Lead client strategy and communication with clarity, translating goals into actionable marketing plans. Partner closely with our CoE teams, creative, analytics, and sales to launch and optimize B2B campaigns with a strong focus on

LinkedIn and other performance channels . Continuously gather insights on strategies, tactics, and channels that drive client results, and apply these learnings across your portfolio. Advise clients on cross-vertical best practices, emerging trends, and proven marketing approaches to enhance performance. Identify occasional upsell or cross-sell opportunities that support the clients marketing success.

Qualifications

Are first and foremost a

strategist

and relationship-builder, with a consultative approach to client success. Love digging into performance metrics and using them to shape smarter, more effective marketing. Can talk confidently to executives about marketing results and next steps. Have hands-on knowledge of digital marketing especially B2B and a passion for driving measurable ROI. Thrive in fast-paced environments and take ownership without constant direction.

Bonus Points

Have experience in B2B tech, SaaS, or IT services marketing. Understand agency life and can juggle multiple accounts without missing a beat. Have a track record of achieving marketing objectives while keeping clients engaged and informed.
