Job Description Role details As the Senior Director of Demand Generation for Alloy, you will lead our Demand Generation practice across Paid Media, SEO/AEO Lifecycle Marketing (including email and automation) and Analytics. You’ll be responsible for developing and overseeing integrated demand generation strategies for our diverse portfolio of B2B and B2C clients, ensuring their campaigns drive measurable pipeline, revenue growth, and long-term performance. Given the rapidly evolving nature of this area, our ideal candidate brings a strong interest in and knowledge of AI-enabled tools and processes, including the ability to embrace new ways of thinking and working. You’ll bring deep expertise in demand generation channels, with strong roots in paid media execution (paid search, LinkedIn, ABM, paid social, and programmatic display) while also guiding client strategy across SEO/AEO and lifecycle/email marketing. This role requires a strategic thinker who is also hands-on — able to set the vision, manage a growing team, dive into the data to deliver client success and stay on top of industry trends and shifts. Key Responsibilities Serve as the senior lead for demand generation strategy across Paid, SEO/AEO, Lifecycle/Email Marketing and Analytics for all agency clients Act as a trusted advisor to clients, developing channel plans aligned with business goals, buyer journeys and industry trends Oversee integrated, multi-channel campaigns for both B2B and B2C clients, ensuring strategies are measurable, scalable and innovative Set a high bar for curiosity and innovation when it comes to AI adoption, toolsets and critical thinking Team management & growth Lead and mentor demand generation specialists across Paid, SEO/AEO, Lifecycle/Email Marketing and Analytics Build and refine the operational model for the practice, including agency resourcing, freelance/partner support and future hiring needs Foster collaboration across departments to ensure seamless campaign execution Campaign & channel management Guide the execution of campaigns across paid search, social, programmatic display, ABM, SEO/AEO, and email/lifecycle marketing Ensure channel strategies are integrated, cohesive and optimized for client-specific KPIs Leverage AI tools, automation and advanced analytics to optimize efficiency and performance Proactively identify and flag trends and insights across client campaigns and channels, with recommendations on ways to pivot as needed. Performance optimization & analytics Continuously monitor KPIs across channels; identify insights, trends and opportunities for optimization Oversee the creation of client-facing reporting dashboards, distilling complex performance data into contextual insights and actionable recommendations Champion testing and experimentation across creative, messaging and targeting Competitive & industry insights Stay ahead of digital marketing, SEO/AEO, and performance media trends to guide client recommendations, and to inform our work across other departments (e.g., PR, Experience) Conduct regular analyses of competitors, platforms and market shifts to strengthen demand generation strategies for Alloy and its clients Core requirements 7–10 years of experience in demand generation, performance marketing and/or digital media, ideally within an agency environment Proven success in leading integrated strategies and campaigns across Paid Media, SEO/AEO, Email/Lifecycle Marketing and Analytics Deep expertise in how to create full lifecycle strategies that cross channels (including Google Ads, LinkedIn, ABM, paid social, SEO/AEO and automation platforms) Deep experience with analytics tools, tag management and dashboard reporting Strong analytical skills; ability to translate performance data into actionable insights for clients Background in B2B marketing and account-based marketing approaches; B2C experience a plus Excellent client communication and presentation skills; comfortable advising senior stakeholders Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously Self-motivated, collaborative and results-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability The Benefits Competitive salary Merit-based bonuses and promotions A flexible hybrid work model Unlimited PTO (yes, really - average PTO agency-wide is 20-days) + 10 additional agency-wide holidays Summer Fridays 401K Match 6-year workiversary paid sabbatical Medical and dental benefits (including HSA/FSA) Paid Parental Leave Professional Development Stipends Annual Retreats Cell phone reimbursement Peloton Membership Employee referral bonuses New business referral bonuses Quarterly culture events – we get a little competitive, you’ve been warned Our Commitment Inclusivity and respect are two virtues that this company was built on from day one.
