The Production Coordinator ensures proper documentation and maintains accurate records of all shipping and receiving activities.Key ResponsibilitiesEnter purchase order receipts and material transactions into the ERP system, NetSuiteProcess container transfers and material movements between locationsKey shipping documentation and maintain accurate shipment recordsUpdate inventory records for material receipts, transfers, and adjustmentsMonitor daily material movements and shipment activitiesPrepare and distribute weekly and monthly operational reportsTrack outstanding receipts and coordinate with the accounting departmentReview and process variance reports for materials and finished goodsCoordinate with various departments on material and shipping inquiriesAssist accounting with receipt reconciliation and variance resolutionSupport warehouse operations with clerical needs and data verificationQualificationsHigh School Diploma1-2 years of clerical experience in a manufacturing or distribution environmentFamiliarity with shipping & receiving processesBasic understanding of inventory management concepts and systemsStrong data entry skills with a high level of accuracyProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); NetSuite preferredExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyWhat We OfferBase salary and bonus programMedical, dental, vision, life insurance effective on date of hireGenerous 401(k) PlanDefined Contribution PlanPaid vacation and paid holidaysTuition reimbursementProfessional growth and development programs to help advance your career!Official Contact InformationEmail: All official emails will come from an @Swisher.com addressWebsite: Verify job listings and contact details on https://careers.swisher.comImportant: We will never contact you via Teams, Zoom, or Google Meets.
