Description

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Field Recruiter to join our growingPower Systems, Energy & Transportationteam supporting the Joule Data Center in the Millard County, UT area. This role is essential to sourcing and attracting top talent for critical positions including Technicians, Yard Workers, Procurement Specialists, and Project Managers. With a heavy field presence, you will actively headhunt and build relationships across technicalschools

high schools, career fairs, and the local workforce throughout Millard County and surrounding regions.

Duties and Responsibilities

Identify, engage, and attract qualified candidates for technical positions through direct outreach, community engagement, and school partnerships.

Visit job sites, schools, training centers, and community events to promote employment opportunities.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with technical colleges, high schools, and workforce development agencies.

Coordinate and participate in job fairs, presentations, and outreach events to build candidate pipelines.

Track and report on recruiting metrics, hiring goals, and outreach activity.

Screen applicants for technical skills, certifications, cultural fit, and role alignment.

Represent the company brand with professionalism and enthusiasm in all community and candidate interactions.

Help promote the company's value proposition as an employer of choice in the power systems and energy sector.

Qualifications:

2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in skilled trades, energy, construction, or industrial sectors.

Field recruitment or high-volume hiring experience is highly valued.

Associate or bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a field-based role

Familiarity with regional labor market dynamics in Millard County and rural Utah

Ability to build relationships with schools, local talent, and hiring managers

Comfortable using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools

Clean MVR (No more than 1 moving violation under the age of 25, and no more than 2 if over the age of 25)

Willingness to work flexible hours to attend events and meet recruitment goals
