Position Summary: Assists with coordination of CTNI-managed clinical trials. Competencies Required: Excellent communication skills Sound interpersonal skills and the ability to supervise others Ability to work independently and introduce innovations to research study Ability to prepare/monitor budgets Ability to identify problems and develop solutions Ability to prioritize tasks and set deadlines Primary Duties as Assistant Project Manager of a Clinical Trial: Schedule SAFER interviews with sites Obtain interview results from doctors, track results, and communicate results to sites and sponsors Manage Rater Training using Excel, MGH LMS, and RedCap Manage creation of study deliverables, including SAFER Implementation Plan, Rater Training Plan, etc. Organize and attend conference calls and distribute minutes Attend Investigator and Sponsor Meetings as necessary Submit study protocols, amendments, and staff certifications to IRB Coordinate and respond to audits by study sponsors Other Tasks, As Required: Verify accuracy of study forms Update study forms per protocol Prepare data for analysis and entry Assist with audits of data Assist with regulatory submissions Verify subject inclusion/exclusion criteria Maintain research data, patient files, regulatory binders, and study databases Perform data analysis and QA/QC checks Develop QA/QC systems Act as study resource for sites Prepare for FDA and IRB reviews Recommend protocol changes and assist with writing protocols and manuscripts Work with PI to prepare study reports Responsible for quality control Design research protocols with PI Assist in study site selection Track and analyze trends across studies and sites Invoice sponsors and process vendor payments Order supplies and handle IT and property issues Participate in team meetings Facilitate communication with study sites Create/distribute study reminders Serve as resource for study information Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 9:00AM to 5:30PM Working Relationships:

Must communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with internal and external clients Qualifications: BA or BS 1-3 years of work experience, clinical research experience helpful Knowledge of computers and data management systems Familiarity with software packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook) and Internet communication Familiarity with statistical packages (SPSS, SAS) desirable Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and seek supervision when needed Additional Job Details: Remote Type:
