The Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for managing contracts, optimizing supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance within the procurement process. This role involves contract drafting, negotiation, risk management, and strategic sourcing to support the company's operational goals. Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and manage contracts from initiation to closeout, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies. Lead contract negotiations with internal and external parties, collaborating with teams like legal, procurement, and sales. Identify, assess, and select suppliers based on qualifications, capabilities, and compliance, managing the RFP/RFQ process. Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, negotiating pricing, terms, and ensuring compliance with agreements. Optimize procurement costs, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with regulations and ethical standards. Track and report on contract performance, supplier metrics, and key procurement activities. Qualifications: Strong contract negotiation, supplier management, and sourcing skills. Knowledge of procurement processes, risk management, and compliance regulations.
