Aronimink Golf Club is seeking experienced, service-driven individuals to join our Service Team as a Food Runner. As a Food Runner, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our Members in a world-class environment. Aronimink Golf Club is a private Platinum Golf Club, located just outside of Philadelphia in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania. The Club has a rich history dating back to 1896. One of the premier golf clubs in America, we are currently ranked as a Top 10 Platinum Golf Club in America. Aronimink Golf Club is set to hold the prestigious 2026 PGA Championship in May 2026. What You'll Do
Deliver food orders promptly from the kitchen to Members' tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met. Communicate clearly with servers and kitchen staff to guarantee a smooth and efficient dining experience. Work in different service style settings such as casual, fine dining, and banquets. Assist in setting, clearing, and resetting tables to maintain readiness throughout service. Support servers by refilling water, carrying trays, and helping with side work as needed. Anticipate guest needs by being attentive, responsive, and proactive during meal service. Maintain cleanliness and organization in service stations and work areas. Follow all safety, sanitation, and service procedures to uphold the Club's standards. Attend training sessions and team meetings to stay aligned with Club goals and expectations. Who You Are
At least 16 years old with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Reliable, punctual, and polished in appearance, ready to work in full uniform. Able to stand for long periods, walk, bend, lift up to 25 lbs. independently (and more with assistance), and handle a fast-paced environment. A team player who communicates well and enjoys working alongside others. Flexible and available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior food service or hospitality experience preferred, but not required we provide training. Committed to service excellence and creating memorable dining experiences.
