The Role & Impact
As an Operations Support Engineer, you will perform research, development, design, and testing of electrical components, PC board layouts, electronics packaging, and related systems. Your expertise in troubleshooting, diagnostics, and test equipment will directly support high-performance operations while enabling efficient solutions for technical challenges. What You'll Do
Conduct
research, design, development, and testing
of electrical components and systems.
Support
PC board layout and electronics packaging
initiatives.
Perform
diagnostics and troubleshooting
of electronics and test equipment.
Coach and mentor technicians
to support effective troubleshooting and repairs.
Develop
basic reports and documentation
to communicate findings and solutions.
Manage
customer requests and demands
promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
Required:
Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
At least 5 years of relevant engineering experience.
Strong understanding of electronics, diagnostics, and troubleshooting methods.
Experience troubleshooting test equipment.
Strong communication skills with the ability to support technicians and engage with customers. This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Preferred:
Aerospace industry experience.
Familiarity with electronics packaging and system integration practices.

Pay Details:
$41.50 to $50.00 per hour
