Senior Power Platform Developer/Architect

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Power Platform Developer/Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable enterprise applications using Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will possess deep hands-on expertise in Dataverse, Model-Driven Apps, Power Pages, and Power Automate, with a strong focus on secure application architecture, system integration, and custom development. This role blends architectural leadership with active solution delivery and requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, analysts, and developers. Experience: Security : Have a clear understanding of how role-based security is applied to Power Apps applications. Certifications : Hold relevant Microsoft Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform. Must have PL-400 and PL-600 is preferred. Presentation Skills : Proficiency in presenting technical concepts to both technical and executive audiences. Agile Methodology : Strong familiarity with Agile methodology and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. Team Lead Experience : Demonstrated ability to lead a small team of 4 to 6 people. Mentor junior developers and establish coding, deployment, and ALM best practices using Azure DevOps or GitHub. Minimum Qualifications: 12 years
of overall IT experience spanning architecture, design, development and testing. Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field. Power Platform Proficiency : At least
5 years
of hands-on experience in developing applications using Microsoft Power Platform, including Canvas Apps, Model Driven Apps, Power Pages, and Dataverse. Technical Proficiency : Hands-on development experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and SharePoint online. Write and deploy custom components using JavaScript, C#, Power Platform Plugins, PCF controls, and custom APIs. Experience with React, Node.js or any other JavaScript framework would be a plus. Must be able to obtain and maintain Public Trust Clearance. The likely salary range for this position is $119,000 - $161,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range. Scheduled Weekly Hours:
