Senior Power Platform Developer
to lead the design, development, and implementation of robust, scalable, and user-centric business applications and automated solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise across the Microsoft Power Platform stack, a strong understanding of data modeling within Dataverse, and a proven track record of delivering complex, enterprise-grade solutions. You will be instrumental in driving our digital transformation initiatives, collaborating closely with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into innovative low-code/no-code solutions. Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Architecture Quality Assurance & Deployment: Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of Power Platform solutions. Adhere to best practices for ALM, including source control (Azure DevOps, GitHub), environment management, and automated deployments. Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and performance standards. Collaboration & Mentorship: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, other developers, and IT operations. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence. Stay abreast of the latest Power Platform updates, features, and industry trends. Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years of hands-on experience developing and implementing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse). Expert-level proficiency in building complex Canvas and Model-Driven Apps. Advanced experience with Power Automate, including complex multi-step flows, error handling, and integrating with various services. Strong understanding and experience with Microsoft Dataverse for data modeling, security, and customization. Proficiency in Power Fx. Experience with custom connectors and API integrations. Familiarity with Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) development is highly desirable. Understanding of Power BI for data visualization and reporting. Knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) practices within the Power Platform, including solutions, environments, and Azure DevOps. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Preferred (Bonus) Qualifications
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) or Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600) certification. Experience with Power Pages (formerly Power Apps Portals). Experience with Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents). Basic understanding of Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure API Management). Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS for advanced customizations. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
