Responsibilities

Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish

Assist customers and staff in locating parts not in stock

Process special order part requests

Communicate clearly and professionally with customers about part status

Work closely with the parts manager and service team

Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures

Comply with all federal, state, and local regulations applicable to the industry

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in auto parts sales (preferred, but not required)

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Strong organizational and time management skills

Professional appearance, detail-oriented, and a strong work ethic
