Business Development Center (BDC) Representative – Part-Time Leman Automotive Group – Champaign, IL The Leman Automotive Group is one of the largest-volume automotive groups in Central Illinois. Family-owned since 1963, we proudly operate 13 dealerships across Central Illinois and employ nearly 700 talented individuals. We recently celebrated 60 years in business — and we’re still growing! Our Champaign dealership is looking to add to our Business Development Center team. As our customer base continues to grow, we need more hands on deck! Schedule Evenings: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday until 7:00 PM
Tuesday & Friday until 6:00 PM
Saturday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Ideal candidate will work ~20 hours/week. We are willing to work around a current college schedule.
This position is a great way to get your foot in the door! Over time, it has the potential to grow into roles in Accounting or the Business Development Center. Responsibilities
Receive incoming calls and provide excellent customer service
Respond to customer internet inquiries via email, phone, and text
Make follow-up calls and set appointments with customers
Interact with customers and all dealership departments
Give new customers a great first impression of the dealership
Qualifications
Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
Comfortable talking on the phone and answering customer questions
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Great organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to adapt, follow direction, and stay calm under pressure
Committed to delivering excellent customer service
Professional, well-groomed appearance
Reliable and punctual — must report to work consistently on time
