Cold Prep Cook
As a cold prep cook, you will be responsible for preparing cold food items, such as salads, appetizers, sandwiches, and desserts. You will ensure these items are ready for service and meet specific quality and safety standards. You will follow recipes, manage ingredients, and maintain a clean workstation. Responsibilities: Prepare cold food items including salads, appetizers, sandwiches, and desserts. Ensure all food items are ready for service and meet quality and safety standards. Follow recipes and manage ingredients effectively. Maintain a clean and organized workstation. Essential skills: Experience as a line cook or in foodservice. Proficiency in food preparation, specifically cold prep. Ability to make salads, sandwiches, and appetizers. Capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Good customer service skills. 1 year of relevant experience. Additional skills & qualifications: Experience in a school campus setting is a plus. Why work here?
