Process Improvement

This role is responsible for leading initiatives that enhance operational efficiencies and drive organizational success. This position combines expertise in change management and process improvement, focusing on identifying opportunities for improvement, collaborating with departments to design solutions, and ensuring successful implementation to achieve measurable benefits. Responsibilities Collaborate with departments to identify operational inefficiencies and areas for improvement through analysis of workflows, systems, and metrics. Facilitate cross-functional workshops and discussions to gather insights and develop tailored solutions to address improvement opportunities. Design and implement process improvement strategies using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen to streamline operations and reduce waste. Lead change management efforts by developing strategies, conducting impact assessments, and creating communication and training plans to ensure successful adoption of new processes. Monitor the implementation of process changes, track performance metrics, and ensure that expected benefits are realized. Provide coaching and support to managers and teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Serve as a liaison between departments, ensuring alignment and collaboration on improvement initiatives. Conduct root cause analyses to identify and address underlying issues affecting operational performance. Prepare detailed documentation, including process maps, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and project reports. Present updates and results to senior leadership, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for further improvements.

Qualifications

Must reside within the greater Cincinnati Metropolitan area Bachelors degree Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience in process improvement, change management, or a similar role focused on operational efficiency. Strong knowledge of process improvement frameworks (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and propose actionable solutions. Proficiency in process mapping, workflow analysis tools, and project management software. Intermediate experience in Excel and PowerPoint. Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
