Territory Manager - Key Accounts - Artisan Beverage Group Represent a High-End Beer, Premium Wine, THC and Non-Alcoholic Beverage Portfolio Base pay range:
$65,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr Artisan Beverage Group is a family-owned and operated beverage distributor representing industry-leading brands across North Carolina. Our reputation as customer-focused, product-obsessed, and professional industry experts drives our continued growth. Must live in the Raleigh-Durham area. Responsibilities
Oversee and track account managers, territory distribution, and sales expectations for 3 Account managers in the Eastern North Carolina territory. Assist in pre-planning and execution for each account manager to achieve sales objectives. Routinely educate the sales team on new and existing products, focusing on selling strategies and the right product in the right place. Must have a broad understanding of the beverage industry and can assist in training and executing sales for a wide range of beverages, including beer, wine, cider, THC, and NA brands. Strengthen Artisan's customer relationships by routinely conducting in-market customer visits and providing product information and sales support. Routinely make new account calls and prospect for new customers. Monitor and track new customer growth in each territory. Work closely with ownership to help provide continuity within the sales cycle to achieve company and territory goals. Effectively communicate with ownership on inventory needs, supplier needs, territory inefficiencies, and growth opportunities. Create productive and clear communication for existing and new supplier product launches to all team members. Aid in the discovery and onboarding of new supplier partners and brands that fit the current portfolio. Conduct in-person and online meetings with account managers for news, updates, issues, and recaps. Support incentive programs with new and existing suppliers for territory account managers. Aid in covering the account manager's territory for PTO and sick days. Collaborate with ownership on assessing industry trends, seasonal and holiday indicators, customer and consumer needs, and competition to inform Artisan Beverage Groups sales strategy and ability to remain competitive in a dynamic market. Must live in the Raleigh-Durham area. Qualifications
Experience in beverage distribution: 5 years (Preferred) Details
