Clinical Director

to lead and inspire a multidisciplinary clinical team serving children and young adults (up to age 22) with autism, neurodevelopmental disabilities, traumatic brain injury, and co-occurring psychiatric challenges in a residential and educational setting. Located in New Hampshires scenic Monadnock region, CMS is a residential and day program that empowers neuro-diverse students with essential life, social, behavioral, and academic skills for greater independence and quality of life. Our therapeutic campus features hiking trails, lakes, an Olympic-sized pool, a media center, a bowling alley, a library with breathtaking views, and much more! What You'll Do Lead and supervise a team of clinicians across residential and school programs Oversee the development and delivery of assessments, interventions, and treatment plans Provide direct consultation and/or maintain a small caseload Train and coach staff in crisis prevention, trauma-informed care, and clinical best practices Champion a person-centered, multidisciplinary vision for clinical services

Who You Are

A licensed clinician (LICSW, LCMHC, or Psychologist preferred) with 3+ years of independent clinical practice and leadership experience Experienced in providing care and supervision for youth with complex developmental, psychiatric, and behavioral needs Skilled in leading diverse teams and delivering trauma-informed, evidence-based services Confident in managing clinical compliance and fostering collaboration across disciplines, families, and community stakeholders
