Litigation Associate Attorney – Property & Auto Liability (Remote, Texas Licensed) Base pay range: $115,000.00/yr - $155,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Defend clients in a range of general liability cases, including premises liability, property damage, and auto-related claims. Handle cases from inception through resolution, including written discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation. Develop and execute case strategies in collaboration with firm leadership and clients. Maintain communication with clients and internal teams to ensure efficient and responsive case management. Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in Texas. 3+ years of civil litigation experience, with a focus on property liability and/or auto liability defense. Strong writing, communication, and analytical skills. Ability to manage a caseload independently in a remote work environment. About the role / Why join us
