Overview We are seeking a visionary Vice President of Digital Revenue to lead, integrate, and accelerate growth across all online sales channels. Reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer and serving as a key leader on the team, this role owns the strategy, execution, and performance of DTC e-commerce, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and emerging marketplaces. You will shape the long-term digital revenue vision while ensuring flawless execution of initiatives that drive both rapid gains and sustainable growth. The role blends high-level strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring someone entrepreneurial, resourceful, and comfortable operating in a lean environment. With a small but growing team, you will be expected to roll up your sleeves, drive execution directly, and make high-impact decisions while building the team and infrastructure to scale future growth.

About the Role We are seeking a visionary Vice President of Digital Revenue to lead, integrate, and accelerate growth across all online sales channels. Reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer and serving as a key leader on the team, this role owns the strategy, execution, and performance of DTC e-commerce, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and emerging marketplaces.
You will shape the long-term digital revenue vision while ensuring flawless execution of initiatives that drive both rapid gains and sustainable growth. The role blends high-level strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring someone entrepreneurial, resourceful, and comfortable operating in a lean environment. With a small but growing team, you will be expected to roll up your sleeves, drive execution directly, and make high-impact decisions while building the team and infrastructure to scale future growth.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise-Level Digital Growth Strategy:
Set and execute a unified, multi-year growth roadmap across DTC Shopify sites, Amazon storefronts, TikTok Shop, and other marketplaces to acheive a 15% growth rate yoy, while maintaining margins.
Promotional Planning:
Oversee the creation and execution of integrated promotional calendars that maximize revenue potential and align with brand and seasonal opportunities.
Product & Trend Innovation:
Monitor consumer insights, competitive landscapes, and emerging digital trends to identify high-impact opportunities. Lead cross-functional collaboration to launch relevant products at speed. Should represent
Conversion Optimization Excellence:
Drive end-to-end conversion improvement, including site UX, merchandising, CRO, and high-performing landing pages for ads to deliver superior conversion rates, average order value, and overall customer lifetime value.
Marketplace Leadership:
Establish best-in-class Amazon and marketplace strategies, from content and SEO to paid media performance.
Social Commerce Expansion:
Scale revenue from TikTok Shop and social selling, leveraging live shopping, influencer marketing, and emerging formats.
Retention & Loyalty Growth:
Expand LTV through advanced email, SMS, and loyalty strategies, integrating personalization and segmentation at scale.
Executive Leadership:
Mentor and inspire a high-performing team of online specialists, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and growth.
Performance Management:
Maintain enterprise-level dashboards and insights to guide decisions and ensure each channel meets or exceeds revenue targets.
ROI Optimization:
Continually audit digital channels for efficiency and growth potential, reallocating resources to maximize results.
Budget & Forecasting Ownership:
Lead digital revenue budgeting and forecasting, aligning investment with aggressive growth goals.
Required Qualifications
10+ years in e-commerce and digital marketing leadership, with proven results in scaling multi-channel revenue in CPG, health & wellness, or supplements.
Demonstrated success in setting and executing enterprise-level digital growth strategies.
Expertise in promotional planning, conversion optimization, and team leadership.
Deep knowledge of Shopify, Amazon, and leading digital marketing tools.
Strong financial acumen with experience in revenue forecasting and budget management.
Preferred Experience
Background in health, wellness, or beauty supplements.
Experience in building and scaling social commerce channels, including TikTok Shop and live shopping.
Familiarity with advanced analytics and CRO platforms.
