We are looking for a strong, passionate, and energetic Paid Search professional to drive growth and strategic oversight across the paid search department with a focus on our largest accounts. This role is about search-driven performance marketing, cross-functional collaboration, and leadership within a fast-growing, innovative digital agency focused on client ROI. Responsibilities
Serve as Paid Search Lead on one or more large accounts, delivering strategy and hands-on optimizations with the Paid Search and channel teams.
Own Paid Search strategy for multiple accounts and present strategy, performance, and priorities to client stakeholders using clear, impactful recommendations.
Partner with cross-channel leads to create holistic media plans with forecasting, budgets, testing, tactical plans, and reporting.
Define roles and responsibilities for client Paid Search teams and delegate work to supporting team members.
Manage pacing across your book of business to ensure campaigns spend toward the target.
Drive Paid Search strategy, innovation, and testing while developing roadmaps to keep advanced accounts current with trends and opportunities.
Possibly manage others, from Account Managers to Associate Directors; provide feedback, performance reviews, and development support.
Develop senior client relationships and guide holistic digital strategy as a senior sponsor on your team’s accounts.
Participate in in-person team meetings, events, and client presentations as needed (approximately 1–2 times per quarter).
Collaborate with Google, Bing, and other vendor partners on strategy, goals, testing, expansion opportunities, and account health.
Contribute to department trainings, POVs, award submissions, and case studies; participate in new business pitches and audits across the Google ecosystem.
Client & Revenue Oversight
Generate and oversee strong revenue growth from client renewals.
Participate in onboarding and renewal calls with top Google advertising accounts.
Develop a detailed understanding of clients’ products, industry, marketing goals, and objectives.
Analyze performance data and KPIs.
About You
7+ years of Paid Search experience
Passion and willingness to embrace automation and AI; comfortable with script adoption and using AI to aid reporting, insights, and presentations
Open to testing workflows utilizing AI to optimize output and organize across projects
Strong POV on the future of search and the role of AI/automation across SEM/Shopping
Experience managing Paid Search budgets of at least $1MM in monthly ad spend
Experience directing strategy for B2B Lead Generation clients
Bonus for experience managing multiple lines of business
Experience in YouTube, App Campaigns, Performance Max, Demand Gen, in addition to traditional paid search and shopping
Advanced slide presentation skills; intermediate to advanced Excel and Google Sheets
Strong, persuasive communication when discussing paid search performance with clients and teams
Ability to work collaboratively across large teams
Experience presenting paid search strategy to marketing executives and senior audiences (VP+)
3+ years of management experience with at least two direct reports
Experience with bid management platforms (e.g., SA360, Skai, Marin) is preferred
4-year college degree or equivalent work experience

Salary Range: $118,000—$139,000 USD
