The AI Solutions Architect serves as a subject matter expert and product owner for IronEdge Groups AI offerings, driving value for prospects and customers throughout the sales cycle. The role partners with sales, vendors, and clients to present IronEdges AI vision, deliver technical demonstrations, and design proof-of-concepts that translate into impactful solutions. The architect acts as the AI technical SME during pursuits, shaping account acquisition strategies, cross-sell opportunities, and client proposals, while ensuring clear and compelling executive-facing deliverables. The position requires staying immersed in the fast-changing AI landscape and maintaining a deep understanding of competitive and complementary technologies to position our solutions effectively. Collaborating with vendors and partners is essential to refine and expand AI capabilities. The AI Solutions Architect educates clients on emerging trends and practical use cases, aligning technology with business needs to deliver measurable outcomes. Additional responsibilities include supporting the creation and execution of accurate Statements of Work, guiding solution design and implementation, and ensuring customer success through ongoing engagement. This role blends technical expertise, business acumen, and strategic vision to help clients harness AI as a catalyst for innovation and growth. Stay immersed in the AI landscape and maintain understanding of competitive and complementary technologies to position solutions effectively. Collaborate with vendors and partners to continuously refine and expand AI capabilities. Educate clients on emerging trends and practical use cases, aligning technology with business needs for measurable outcomes. Support the creation and execution of accurate Statements of Work and guide solution design and implementation. Ensure customer success through ongoing engagement and partnership.

Requirements

8+ years business consulting or technical service delivery within a pre-sales and post-sales environment. Understanding technology concepts related to Artificial Intelligence; AI enablement and use cases utilizing tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, CoPilot, HatzAI, and others. Expertise in phased solution architecture and project-based design, delivering technology solutions over time through structured, multi-phase engagements. Ability to interface with clients and internal teams at an executive level. Ability to plan using milestones and phases. Experience working across departments and collaborating with Sales & Account Management teams on deliverables and prospect-related discussions. Outstanding presenting skills to both technical and executive audiences, whether impromptu on a whiteboard or using presentations and demos. Hands-on experience with scoping infrastructure footprints and making recommendations on offerings. All positions require the successful completion of a criminal background check, and further background checks if the position involves access to sensitive information or secure facilities. This position requires travel to different locations, which requires a valid drivers license, intermittent DMV checks, and a reliable personal vehicle.

Salary

$250,000 annual OTE (base salary up to $200,000 plus up to $50,000 performance-based variable pay). #J-18808-Ljbffr
