Principal Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst (Multiple Locations) - R10206553-4 at Northrop Grumman Responsibilities
Prepare, develop, and coordinate the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to meet all program objectives and ensure program schedules are horizontally and vertically integrated. Implement scheduling best practices, including DCMA 14-point, IPMR DI-MGMT-81861, EVMS, Critical Path Analysis, Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA), and Schedule Performance and Health Metrics and Analysis. Provide weekly status and reporting. Conduct Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR) and Joint Surveillance Reviews (JSR) audits. Qualifications
Basic Qualifications for Level 3
Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of professional experience OR Master’s degree with 3+ years of professional experience. Strong PC skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) software (e.g., MS Project 2016, Open Plan, PS3, Primavera P6, Milestone Professional, Deltek, SSI Tools). DoD Top Secret Clearance and/or SCI access. Preferred Qualifications
Proficient in MS Project 2016. Experience with resource loading schedules. EVMS experience and Schedule Management. Experience with Schedule Risk Assessment (SRA). DoD Top Secret Clearance. Military leadership experience. Pay and Benefits
The pay range varies by location and other factors. Primary Level Salary Range: $86,600.00 - $150,500.00. Northrop Grumman offers a variety of benefits including health insurance, life and disability insurance, savings plans, holidays, and PTO.
