As an Entry-Level Bookkeeper/Administrator, you will play a vital role in our daily operations by assisting with bookkeeping tasks and providing administrative support. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced construction environment. Responsibilities

Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliation. Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and organizing financial documents. Assist the accounting and other departments as needed. Support the administrative team by answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing office supplies. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Assist with general office duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication. Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in bookkeeping or accounting is a plus. Previous experience in bookkeeping or administrative roles is not required. Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills. A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
