Brand Manager
interested in a career with a top ranked and growing company to join our Marketing department in Bergen County, New Jersey. The Brand Manager is responsible for leading commercial growth of small and entrepreneurial brand portfolio, while supporting Marketing in building strategic plans for the future. This role is critical to achieving an exciting growth ambition. The Brand Manager will serve as a business partner to the cross functional organization, offering collaborative leadership. Job Description: Lead day-to-day brand management including build and driving growth plans, leading cross-functional teams to deliver key initiatives and shopper activation. Serve as the cross-functional quarterback across sales, research, creative, agency partners, and supply chain to bring brand initiatives to life. Analyze consumer and category data to uncover insights and drive brand growth strategies. Develop and execute shopper activation campaigns. Partner with sales and retail customers to bring programs to market that drive velocity and deepen consumer engagement. Manage project timelines, budgets, and performance metrics with an ownership mindset. Contribute to portfolio strategy and long-term brand architecture. Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in brand management or marketing within the food industry. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with ability to translate insights into action. Self-starter with mature judgment, entrepreneurial energy, and a bias for action. Comfortable operating in a lean, high-growth, hands-on environment. Passion for building brands and driving both performance and cultural relevance. Occasional travel to trade events, agencies, and manufacturing partners as needed. Pay: The pay range for this position is $110K to $165K. This takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
